Our chef partners with wine expert to intricately pair each course with a specific wine from around the world. This month chef Tony has taken on the Deep South or “low Country” which is known for some awesome flavors and some unique ingredients! Staying authentic to the culture but adding his own personal artistry our chef is bringing you refined versions of ; shrimp, alligator, & grits, bourbon pecan pie with sorghum cream, smoked brisket with pork belly Mac & cheese, she-crab soup, pork shoulder confit with buttermilk biscuit & strawberry jalapeño jam, along with other amazing creations! Chef John will be reaching into the vineyards of California, New Zealand, chile, Italy, Washington state, to present some very plush wines.
